A Little Catch Up
Hey hey, my little dill pickles.
I see myself as a pretty positive person, but when the sun comes out, I just get to a whole new level of “wahoooo”.

My Sister and I went to Oxford over the weekend and I think I fell in love. What a stunning city! With gorgeous architecture, quaint little shops, and independent eateries, I could have very happily overstayed our trip.
The image of food above was taken at Kazbar Tapas. It was such a cool, unique, and wholesome spot. The atmosphere and interior design felt like you’d stepped into a Moroccan/Spanish restaurant, and the food was vibrant and authentic. Highly recommend.
Apart from that, this week has been work work work with a sprinkling of enjoying some friendly company. I hope you’ve had a chance to enjoy the sunshine!
Everything I Cooked My Family and Me over the Easter Weekend
I traveled home for the Easter weekend to see my family, and it was delightful. This week’s long form video was a full-on family effort. We rustled up a huge buffet lunch with slow roast lamb, fondant potatoes, wild garlic butter, and SO much more. I really hope you enjoy it and make sure to leave a comment to say hi!
This Week’s Recipes
Dill Pickle Egg Salad - This Dill Pickle Egg Salad is dressed in a creamy tangy dill pickle juice parmesan dressing and takes to make. It's perfect for a spring or summer salad recipe and is a total crowd-pleaser.
Nuoc Cham Butter Bean Salad - This epic Butter Bean Salad only takes 10 minutes to make and is inspired by Vietnamese flavours. We've got a Nước chấm (delicious spicy fish sauce) dressing with mint, cilantro, green onions, crushed peanuts, and fried shallots for extra flavour. This salad blew my mind so I'm super excited for you to try it!
Apple Fennel Salad - This Apple Fennel Salad deserves a place at your dining table this season. It combines sliced apples, sliced fennel, and pomegranate seeds and is topped with a blue cheese tahini sumac dressing. Welcome to flavour town, my friends.
I hope you enjoyed the recipes. Let me know if you give any of them a go!
Have a gorgeous weekend and I’ll see you next week.
