Hello hi heyyy! Happy Friday everyone! I hope you’ve all had a wonderful week!
For this week’s newsletter, I’ve got an array of recipes for you. We’ve got two more pie recipes (one savoury, one sweet), two incredibly simple one pan pasta recipes, the volcano chicken recipe that I promised you, and last but not least, a gorgeous steamed dumpling collaboration with Elly from ellysplate!
So, find all the recipes I’ve posted this week below in the recipe round up, but before I share them, I’d love to throw some pasta recipes your way, so check them out below!
I LOVE an easy pasta recipe, so here are 5 of my favourite quick & easy pasta recipes you might want to try this weekend:
Recipe Round Up
French Onion Cottage Pie - This French Onion Cottage Pie is one of the most comforting dishes I've ever made. Combining two universal favourites: French Onion Soup and Cottage Pie has got to be one of the best partnerships of all time. It's layered with a gorgeous beef mince sauce, glossy French onions, the most incredible mashed potato, and topped with cubes of melted gruyère and thyme.
Miso Pecan Pie - This Miso Pecan Pie is an absolute treat. It's a great way to use miso and comes together in a few simple steps. I love this recipe and serve it up all the time for friends and family. I hope you like it!
The Best Lemon Boursin Pasta - This is by far the best Lemon Boursin Pasta recipe. It's full of flavour, simple to make, and made all in one pan. It takes less than 20 minutes to make and is the perfect recipe for a weeknight dinner.
Asparagus Orzotto (One Pan) - This Easy Asparagus Orzotto is made in one pan and is totally delicious. Topped with goats cheese for extra flavour, it takes less than 20 minutes to make and is such a crowd-pleaser. Perfect for busy weeknight dinners or a feast with friends, it's such a versatile dish to always have in your saved favourites!
Volcan Chicken - If you've never had Volcano Chicken before, then this is your sign to make it! It's the perfect combination of crispy air fryer chicken tossed in a sweet and savoury sauce. You only need 6 ingredients for the sauce and 15 minutes to fry the chicken. This has got to be one of my favourite chicken recipes, so enjoy!
Cheeseburger Bao - Elly from ‘ellysplate’ and I got together to make these incredible Cheeseburger Bao steamed dumplings. They’re super delicious, really simple to make, and an absolute crowd-pleaser!
That was a bit of a recipe dump on you there! A lot to choose from, but the one I’d make over and over again if I were you, is my Lemon Boursin Pasta…definitely recommend giving it a go!
Have a wonderful weekend and see you next Friday my little chickpeas!
