A Little Catch Up
Hey hey! Let’s be real, it’s Black Friday, so it would be rude of me not to tell you that my book is the cheapest it’s ever been. It’s currently £12 on HarperCollins website and £14 on Amazon. And if you check out your local bookshop, you might find they’ve put on a cheeky deal too.
Christmas is fast approaching so whether you’re looking for a personal treat, a gift for a friend, or a speedy Secret Santa present, then why not purchase my cookbook, full of comforting, simple, dumpling recipes?! xoxo
^I had a friend over for lunch and made my miso tofu soup with pork and mushroom wontons on page 50 of my cookbook! Came together in less than 30 minutes!! SO good.

^ Happy thanksgiving to all of my American readers!! I hope you had a fabulous day!! Yesterday we celebrated friendsgiving and everyone brought a homemade dish. It was SO wholesome and full of laughs.
^ If any of you follow me on socials, you’ll know I’ve recently got into Matcha…specifically JENKI Matcha. My go-to is maple and sea salt with almond milk and it’s the perfect slow-burner caffeine release. I was kindly invited to check out JENKI’s new bar in Borough Market and it’s got the most beautiful floor to ceiling windows overlooking the market. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking it out! <3

This Week’s Recipes
Easy Chicken Pot Pie - This is my easy Chicken Pot Pie using Puff Pastry. It's flaky, creamy, and super delicious. Simply combine onion, garlic, chicken breast, with a load of frozen vegetables, cream, chicken stock, and some seasonings, top with puff pastry, and you've got yourself a low effort mid-week dinner!
Marry Me Meatballs & Gnocchi Bake - you know when you make a dish and it turns out SO good, this was one of them! It’s creamy, flavourful, and such a great one pan dish. This is collaboration with Meatless Farm and honestly, as a non-vegan myself, I really really love their products!
Beef & Caramelised Mushroom Dumplings - It’s been so cold here in London recently, and there’s nothing better to warm you up than a dumpling! So I’ve been eating ALL the dumplings to stay cosy!
Grated Apple & Gochujang Sausage Rolls - I made these for my recent YouTube video and they were SO delicious. The recipe is in the comments section so feel free to give it a go if you fancy!! Just skip to 7:21 on the video to make them <3
Thank you for making my recipes, thank you for supporting…I love you all, have a fabulous weekend.
