RECIPE ROUND UP
PAN-FRIED LEMONGRASS BEEF DUMPLINGS - They’re filled with a mixture of ground beef, lemongrass, fresh herbs, spices, and then are submerged in a spicy fish tangy sauce. The flavours are heavily inspired by Vietnamese ingredients, which makes the dish so fresh and comforting. They are unbelievably juicy and very simple to make!
ONIGIRAZU (JAPANESE SUSHI SANDWICH) - This is my take on Onigirazu aka Japanese Sushi Sandwich. Filled with tuna mayonnaise, omelette, avocado, and the fluffiest sushi rice, it's the perfect meal to prep ahead and eat for lunch or dinner. I served mine with a spicy sriracha mayo and it was so good.
As I’m sure you can appreciate and imagine, this week (with the book pre-order announcement) has been pretty busy, chaotic, and emotional! So, I’ve only been able to whip up two new recipes for you, but they are both DELISH.
