Hello you!
Thanks for reading and clicking on my email every week, you’re the bestest!
For some reason, in the past week I’ve made three meatball recipes…why, I don’t know…because they’re delicious?!
We’ve got my Greek meatballs (Keftedes), my air fryer buffalo chicken meatballs with a blue cheese sauce (YUM), and some air fryer turkey meatballs seasoned with parsley.
I love meatballs because they’re such a great dish to prep in advance and eat throughout the week. Hear me out. You make a big batch of my air fryer turkey meatballs okay, which takes you no more than 30 minutes to make enough for let’s say, 8 portions. You then store them in an airtight container and serve them up with various different dishes like my sweet potato pasta sauce, pea and asparagus orzo, butter bean and spinach curry, or gochugaru sesame noodles.
Basically, what I’m trying to say is that I think you should make some of my meatballs this weekend to save you time and make life easier for you for next week.
Now, none of these meatball recipes are in my new cookbook ‘The World Is Your Dumpling’…because it’s a dumpling book…BUT, if you think about it, dumplings are basically just meatballs wrapped in a bit of dough…so the pre-order link is below and if you’d like to buy it for yourself, for a friend, or for someone who just loves dumplings, I’ll be forever grateful 💛💛💛
My Trip To Kefalonia and everything we cook & ate - just in case you missed it!
Recipe Round Up
BUFFALO AIR FRYER CHICKEN MEATBALLS with a blue cheese sauce - These are some of the best things I’ve ever made. The flavour is WILD and I love them. Give them a go and let me know what you think!
LEMON CHICKEN RAMEN - This is my Lemon Chicken Ramen and it’s my favourite noodle dish to eat at the moment because it’s comforting and refreshing at the same time. It takes less than 20 minutes to make and is all made in one pan so it’s super low effort, and honestly so delicious.Â
AIR FRYER TURKEY MEATBALLS - These are the best air fryer turkey meatballs that take 5 minutes to prep and 10 minutes to cook! They're super moist, healthy, and full of flavour, perfect served with a marinara sauce, pasta, in a sandwich, or as a snack!
As always, let me know if you give them a go and I’ll see you next week!
