A Little Catch Up
Happy Friday! I’ve missed you!!
I don’t know about you but I adore Spring. It may be my favourite season (although I feel like I say that about every season). For those of you who share the same passion as me, please find below an adorable image of some ducklings (sobbing at their cuteness) and a rather mouth-wateringly delicious image of several pastries (more on this later).

I want to put you onto a new cookbook that has recently come out: FERMENT by Kenji Morimoto. He is a very talented friend of mine, specialising in fermented goods. The book is an encyclopaedia for the pickling obsessor. I urge you to check it out if you’re remotely interested in deliciously tangy things.

Congrats, Kenji. It’s a phenomenal book <3
The Best Bakeries In South London
After days of researching, traveling, and eating (so much eating)…I bring you one of my favourite long-form videos yet. This, my food-loving friends, is a video showcasing some of the most delicious bakeries in South London. Prepare to be salivating by the end of the video (I have warned you). Enjoy, cuties.
(the pastries may cost you an arm and leg but liking the video and subscribing to my channel is free!! love you).
This Week’s Recipes!
Creamy Chicken Orzo - is made all in one pan and is great for a protein-based weeknight meal. It’s seasoned with oregano, lemon zest, and tomato paste, cooked in cream and chicken stock, and topped with mozzarella and grilled until golden and bubbling. SO good. I really hope you enjoy it!

Spicy Coconut Tofu - is saucy and perfect served with sticky rice. Seasoned with ginger, garlic, and lime, it's a zesty, fresh, and tasty vegan recipe that's perfect for weeknights. Give it a go and let me know!
Tiropita (Greek Cheese Pie) - a flaky, cheesy, creamy Greek Cheese Pie. You may have heard of tiropitakia which are the smaller, triangular shaped versions, but this tiropita is a large pie that is cut into slices and drizzled with sesame seeds and honey.
Thank you for being here. I hope you have a wonderful weekend and I’ll see you next week!
