“Why are breakfast burgers not a thing?”, I asked myself whilst gobbling up the last pieces of scrambled egg that had fallen out of my brioche bun fully packed breakfast burger. If they were a thing, and you could buy them at cafes (instead of an overcooked, overpriced poached egg on avocado toast), I’d go out for brunch more often.
Anyway, what I’m trying to say, is, that this silky, smoky, gorgeous Scrambled Egg Burger (that I made and devoured the other day) was an absolute treat. It took less than 20 minutes to cook and assemble, and was the best breakfast. You’ll find the recipe link below under my weekly round up!
Shoutouts:
I sometimes receive gifts from brands which is very very lovely and they always brighten up my day! And this week, I’d love to give a shoutout to a couple of brands that I absolutely adore.
IOW (Isle of Wight) Tomatoes - I received a beautiful array of fresh tomatoes from IOW tomatoes. For over 15 years, they’ve been growing tomatoes in the rich fertile soil of the Arreton Valley, on the Isle of Wight. They’re the tastiest tomatoes I’ve ever had and so colourful. If you’re based in the UK, your taste buds will thank you if you give them a try!
Maldon Salt - As I mentioned in one of my previous newsletters, I love good quality flaky sea salt, and Maldon Salt is one of my favourite brands to use. So, thank you Maldon for the wonderful package of salts, I’ll be using them everyday for the foreseeable. Go check them out if you haven’t already tried their incredible salt!!

30-MINUTE HOMEMADE STUFFED CRUST PIZZA - Oh my goodness, this was delicious and so easy to make. The dough only requires two ingredients (self-raising flour and cottage cheese) so it’s super simple, and you can add any toppings you fancy! I just used mozzarella and basil, but I’ve provided a load of options in the recipe post for you to follow to! Find the recipe here!
KIMCHI TOFU DUMPLINGS - If you think you hate kimchi, think again because these are my Kimchi Tofu Dumplings inspired by Korean Mandu, and they are hands down some of the juiciest and most flavoursome dumplings I've ever made. I hope you enjoy them! Recipe here!
Feel free to check out all my recipes on my website here! Have a fabulous weekend and see you next week! Don’t forget to send me a DM or email me with your recipe creations! I love to hear from you and see all the dishes you’ve made.
