Recipes I’ve made this week (that I think you’ll love)
Old Fashioned Baked Macaroni and Cheese - It's a classic recipe that's simple to make using macaroni pasta, butter, flour, milk, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and a few seasonings. Nothing is pre-grated or boxed, it's all made from scratch! This Mac and cheese is a family favourite around the festive and winter season so give it a go and I hope you enjoy!
Spicy Peanut Butter Noodles - topped with chicken, lime wedges, coriander (cilantro), chilli oil, and mangetouts (snow peas). Perfect for a weeknight speedy dinner, this ramen is super creamy, slurpy, and absolutely delicious.
Creamy Vegan Stroganoff - using mushrooms as the base flavoured with thyme, wholegrain mustard, and handful of other ingredients. It's perfect with mashed potatoes, pasta, or bread, I think you're going to love it!
Smoked Salmon Bagel - This is the best Smoked Salmon Bagel I've ever made. It's filled with dill cream cheese, grated parmesan, creamy scrambled eggs, fried asparagus, pickled red onions, all enveloped in a sesame bagel. It comes together in less than 30 minutesand is the perfect breakfast or lunch recipe!
Easy Brussels Sprouts and Bacon - No more boiled boring brussels sprouts please. Make this recipe instead.
I hope you enjoy the recipes! As always, all of my recipes are on my website so feel free to have a browse here! Thank you for your support and I’ll speak with you next week.
