A Little Catch Up
I am loving rose harissa paste at the moment.

One of the images above is my beef and harissa dumplings recipe with garlic yogurt, mint, and coriander. The other is a harissa yogurt on toast with jammy eggs breakfast recipe.
For those of you who aren’t too familiar with harissa, it’s a gorgeous red chilli paste originating from Northern Africa, specifically Tunisia. It’s now used all over the world and has an array of variations.
I tend to use Belazu’s rose harissa paste which is nice and spicy with oodles of flavour, but a more traditional Tunisian harissa paste will be stronger in spice and flavour.
The paste is brilliant in sauces, as drizzles, on toast, with rice…the list goes on. I’ve got a handful of harissa recipes on my website so go check them out if you’re feeling inspired!
Easy Focaccia Recipe (3 Ways)
If you already love making focaccia, then you’ll find these three topping ideas super fun! If you’ve never touched a ball of dough before, then let this be your sign to give focaccia a go. I can almost guarantee that if you follow this simple recipe, you will totally fall in love with baking focaccia.
This Week’s Recipes
Gorgonzola Pasta - it’s pungent, it’s saucy, and it’s slightly sweet thanks to the hot honey drizzle. This blue cheese pasta is not for the faint-hearted but it’s absolutely delicious.
Easy Focaccia Recipe (3 Ways) - as I mentioned in my long-form content section of my newsletter, this week I’m sharing my focaccia recipe that I really hope will bring you a lot of joy + three phenomenal topping ideas.
Curry Pasta (One-Pot) - I consume a lot of curry pasta in the summer months, cold. But I haven’t had a hot version in a long time. So I made a recipe for it. This is an aromatic, lightly spiced, slightly sweet curry pasta that’s made all in one pan. It’s very simple and great to customise how you'd like.
As always, let me know if you give any of these recipes a go! I adore hearing from you via email or DM, so do contact me!
Have a gorgeous week my little noodles,
Emily xxx
