Your new favourite cheese appetiser...
Burnt basque chilli cheesecake, a seriously good savoury cheesecake
Hellooo! As always, I hope you’ve had a wonderful week so far! It’s been pouring with rain here in London, with the occasional ‘hi I’m still here’ from the sun.
I’ve got some really fun and easy recipes for you this week, and I can’t wait to share them. So, let’s dive in!
WEEKLY ROUND UP
BURNT BASQUE CHILLI CHEESECAKE - If you like cheese, then you're going to love my Burnt Basque Chilli Cheesecake. It’s one of those cheese appetisers that looks really impressive, but is actually super simple to make. You just add cream cheese, blue cheese, brie, goats cheese and a few other ingredients to a bowl, give them all a whisk, and bake. I love to serve it with warm baguette!
SCALLION / SPRING ONION CHICKEN - This chicken is juicy and tender and cooked in a soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and scallion sauce. It takes less than 20 minutes to make and is one of my go-to easy chicken recipes during the week.
ONE PAN VERMICELLI NOODLE RECIPE - This easy Vermicelli Noodles recipe is made in one pan, so it's a fuss-free dish that takes less than 20 minutes to make. All you need is a handful of nutritious ingredients including tofu, edamame beans, shiitake mushrooms, carrot, coriander, your vermicelli noodles, and a homemade 7-ingredient stir-fry sauce to make this simple, delicious meal.
TOMATO EGG DROP NOODLE SOUP (10 MINUTES) - This Tomato Egg Drop Noodle Soup takes 10 minutes to make and is the ultimate comfort food. All you need are tomatoes, eggs, scallions, ramen noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, stock, and you've got yourself a delicious lunch or dinner in minutes.
That’s it for this week my friends! Let me know if you give them a go!
Have a gorgeous weekend and speak next week.
